- WORTH IT! I saw this book last week for $2.99, then it went for free! Yes, I thought! A great book, I think it's even worth the $2.99 or higher price. I was lucky to get if for free! Thank you for the opportunity. Now, the book itself is really nicely laid out, has 3 part. First is the explanation part about the keto diet, I loved the list of sugar subtitles! Great source of information! The second part is the 21 days keto challenge, which makes you pick up a few habits along with your keto adventure, and the third part is the recipes itself. I really like it, especially because this book has quality!
- This is the book to get if you are starting or have been on a ketogenic diet. It's really well done. Beautiful illustrations, a very through and comprehensive guide to every aspect of keto you can think of, and also great recipes.
I highly recommend this book whether you’re just starting out or have experience with this way of life. - wow! I've been team keto for the past 12 months, and that's by far the best keto book ive seen! it's just amazing how it covers all the nuts and bolts of the diet, advices on the supplements, brings in action plan, and offers super attractive appetizing recipes!
like when I saw the avocado hummus recipe, I got super excited as I was missing the classic hummus so badly, and now I have this goodie on hand.
you should really try it folks, and get this book too, its packed full of vibrant keto-friendly yums - This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight, lowered my sugar A1c and in such a short time felt like I was more awake, alert, and physically stronger with less ailments. My doctors were finally pleased with my progress. I'm ordering another recipe book so as to keep having choices to keep on this diet.
- There’s nothing worse than a book that hasn’t been edited. The least you can do is hire a proofreader! One of the charts suggested breakfast at 7 PM. There were several instances of confusion in regards to AM & PM. Also found several instances where ingredients could have used a little help. Why tell someone to use 530 ozs of something? Use the correct measures so the reader doesn’t have to find a conversion chart. Also caution the author on the fancy font that is almost unreadable.
- I decided to try Keto when my doc told me if I didn't watch my weight I'd become diabetic. Haven't looked back! And this book has been my savior! So many delicious recipes! Dinner, snacks, sides, everything I need is in this book. With the nutritional facts listed for every recipe, I know exactly what's going in my body. I always feel full, and the foods I'm devouring are scrumptious. A must have!
- I am a beginner keto dieter, I purchased this book when it was on free days. I am glad I did. Explaining everything really well. Not too difficult to understand like other keto diet books. The recipes are really worldwide! My boyfriend is from Poland, I am gonna make him Pierogi for his birthday! Fingercross I am not gonna mess it up! I recommend the book, great work Barbara!
